Following the pandemic, TeaLee's Teahouse & Bookstore, a small teashop in Denver, was doing well but needed a boost in sales. Five Points, a historic neighborhood in Denver, was being gentrified, and the owner wanted the essence of her business to remain the same. IMC developed an online brand identity and target marketing plan to sell high-dollar events and packages to reach its sales goals.
